Many companies face challenges in creating an overview of the key IT services that will remain

delivered from many different IT vendors. Service Integration and Management – SIAM® an IT management framework, created for the purpose of achieving integration among many service providers and the company’s need for a comprehensive, transparent service delivery.

SIAM is working to establish a Service Integration Layer between the customer company and service providers, so that there is a clear multi-sourcing strategy and practice for IT service deliveries.


You will be taken through these modules during the course:

  1. SIAM overview and terminology
  2. Roadmap for implementation
  3. Roles and responsibilities
  4. SIAM in practice – on governance, tools and data
  5. Supportive processes
  6. Challenges and risks
  7. SIAM context with other ITSM practice areas
  8. SIAM Online certification

There will be certification, preparation tests and group work over the course of the 3 course days, where participants will work on a case to integrate into a multisource IT landscape, both in terms of implementation plan, ServiceNow tools and organizational challenges.

One week before the course starts, you are invited to a SIAM Introduction Webinar, where the students also receive course material, so that you have the opportunity for individual preparation.

Prerequisites for participation

Knowing ITIL® is an advantage, but it is not a prerequisite for implementation course, because we also review the processes that support SIAM and that are part of SIAM Foundation certification.

The SIAM course is as relevant to all managers and IT departments of client companies as it is to IT service providers who need to implement and apply the SIAM framework because it is just that is about Service Integration.

The exam is also only available in English.

Instructor is native Danish, but in some classes the teaching may be in English if needed.
