itSMF is a professional member owned and managed, non-profit organization, which since 1991 has been a committed keyplayer within development and marketing of best practice for Service Management standards and education.
Businesses’ and public institutions’ use of technology require people, processes and tools to be guided by professional service management.
itSMF therefore seeks to help Danish companies and their employees with a network of experts, information sources and events. itSMF thus contributes to the added value of the members’ efforts in daily life, among other things. by increasing the quality and efficiency of corporate service management practice.
itSMF works through a large group of volunteers who make a great effort to deliver the association’s activities. In 2019, we have planned 8 -10 inspirational meetings focused on topics within Service Management and the annual conference in October. We update the members via newsletters and will in the future seek to be more active on social media such as LinkedIn.
